A lot of people wonder why it is so important in Florida to get a dumpster rental Florida. Well obviously what you do is your own choice, but many people make choices based just on money or convenience. I want to suggest another way to look at the question of whether you should get a dumpster. Do you really want to be “that” neighbor?
I think you know what I mean. “That” neighbor is someone we all know. There is one in every neighborhood. He cuts his lawn, but only once every two weeks. He spends lots of money on decorations for his house, but then skips basic maintenance like cleaning the gutters or repainting the trim. It always seems like he is too busy to be bothered with the responsibilities of being a home owner.
Maybe that is best for all of us because when he does finally get around to doing something on his house, he never ever gets a dumpster to take care of the waste. It could be anything: yard work, re-carpeting the place, taking out a wall, adding a room on. He can manage to get the supplies and the tools (usually borrowed and not returned) but somehow he never thinks about where the waste is going to go.
So where does it go? At first he crams it into his regular trash can. When that is full he heaps it up next to it. If there is too much for that it ends up on the driveway, invariably spilling over the property line. Don’t be “that guy.” Just get a dumpster.
